Position : Case & Campaign Coordinator

Requirements : A minimum of two years experience working in the human rights field

Salary : Starting from RM 3000 per month

(negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

Job Description :

Co-develop the development, implementation and coordination of advocacy and campaign initiatives on police reform and accountability, as well as other related human rights.
Manage cases of police abuse of power received by SUARAM.
Provide support to victims of police abuse.
Organize and facilitate police power training and other related capacity-building programs
Collaborate closely with local civil society organisations (CSOs) and international partners to amplify advocacy and campaigns.
Work closely with other staff to develop and implement programs and/or campaigns.
Regularly report work progress to the supervisor and Executive Director.
Conduct end-of-year evaluations, delivering evaluation reports with actionable recommendations for improvement.
Represent the organization at meetings, conferences and other events when necessary.
Execute additional activities as directed by the Executive Director.
